Terms & Conditions

  • All new patients to the clinic are required to attend an ‘Initial Consultation’ appointment which includes a thorough examination with a registered Chiropractor.

  • If you have been to the clinic before, please book in for a routine ‘Chiropractic adjustment appointment’ or a ‘Re-assessment’ appointment if it has been more than 6 months since you last attended.

  • If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the appointment is missed completely, a cancellation fee will be charged (the full adjustment fee).

  • By booking online, you agree to our terms & conditions.

Pre-payment Plans

  • The pre-payment plan is designed to offer you a benefit by providing discount over our pay-per-session option, but the choice of pay-per-session or pre-payment rests entirely with you.

  • If you’ve paid for your treatment with one of our discounted plans, you have paid for services provided by ABC Chiropractic and not a specific practitioner. If your care is transferred to another practitioner for any reason, we will still be able to continue your care to the highest standard and your package will remain valid.  

  • Your Chiropractor has recommended a specific schedule of care as healing takes time. To get the best results from your care, we strongly recommend sticking to the schedule given.

  • All packages must be used within 18 months of purchase.

  • Refunds will be looked at on a case-to-case basis. Please email the clinic for a refund request at info@abc-chiropractic.co.uk

  • If a refund is granted, any treatments already received will be calculated at the normal non-discounted price and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

  • An admin fee of £20 will be applied to any refunds given.

  • Please allow up to 28 days for any refunds to be issued.
